That's exactly what pulpTunes lets you do. This useful application gives you access to your iTunes library from any computer. The only requirement for using pulpTunes is to have switched on the computer you want to use as a remote server to listen to your tunes in advance. Using a URL, you or any of your friends with the link can access your music and listen to it directly.
