About Breaker for Windows 3.0.3: Breaker is a simple app that notifies you when it's time for you to take a break from work.When you start the program, you have to decide how long you want to work and when you want to take a break. This way, every time you move your mouse over the icon on the status bar, a timer tells you how much time is left.
